BIND / EXACT / READY

Authorization AUTH-0427 names one operation and one digest. The commit operation carries its own digest to the bind fixture. When the fingerprints match, the jaws close, the operation is sealed to its authorization, and it becomes the input the evidence chain appends. An altered commit cannot inherit the authority, so it is rejected before execution.

The position of the operation is the result. There is no state the mechanism reaches that the readout does not also state in text.
